The goal: Promote and establish authentic Central Texas style barbecue in Canada through the use of custom smokers and traditional low and slow smoking methods. Based in Parkhill, Ontario, we focus on building and using custom barbecue smokers for world class pitmasters that rely on, patience, and real fire. There are no shortcuts to great barbecue, only proven techniques and carefully crafted smokers.
